Our clinicians work only with children and adolescents to navigate tough times. Specifically, we assist with managing anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, and communication issues.

We offer individual and family therapy and utilize evidence-based therapy modules. Allow us to help you strengthen coping mechanisms and life-long skills through short term treatment.  

NEW safety precautions

We take the health of you, your family, and our clinicians very serious. For those of you wanting to attend sessions back in the office, some of our therapists are returning this month!

Our space has cleaning supplies readily available, plexiglass partitions in the rooms as an additional barrier, we have removed certain toys and games and replaced them with easier activities to do afar.

Our mission is to help you and your family create a toolbox of skills that they can carry through adulthood. Whether it is communication skills, mindfulness, or coping skills, we work with you to practice various techniques on a weekly basis.  We also offer school support with the struggles of Virtual Learning this Fall.
