Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a therapeutic modality designed for individuals with poor regulation skills, large emotions, impulsive behaviors, and communication problems.

8 weeks of skills

Our DBT specialist, Haley Putin, LLMSW, will guide your teen through 8 weeks of real-life DBT skills. The four primary DBT skill sets will be taught, explored, and worked through with peers. 

Weekly packets of handouts are given, including homework between sessions. This is a great group for those with big feelings, a hard time calming down after problems arise, and those who have communication errors with others.
