Pokemon Emotion regulation
A skill building group for children to learn regulation and coping techniques. With Pokemon-themed lessons, your child will enjoy engaging with peers and learning new tools!
One Saturday a month
Once a month, your child can come to the office where they will focus on:
-Identify emotions
-Regulate feelings
-Communicate feelings and sharing with others
At the end of each session, children have open, social time to play with their Pokemon cards with others.
Two age groups: 5-8 yrs & 9-12 yrs
Saturday, November 19th
Time:
9AM-12PM (for 5-8 yr olds)
1PM-4PM (for 9-12 yr olds)
