Elizabeth Crenshaw

 

Elizabeth is dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of children and adolescents. As a
Master’s candidate in Social Work and Public Health at Wayne State University, she brings a
strong foundation in therapeutic practices through both coursework and hands-on experience.

She specializes in addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, she
incorporates yoga, mindfulness, and meditation techniques into her practice to offer a holistic
approach to managing stress and enhancing self-awareness.

Her client-centered, strengths-based approach recognizes the unique needs of each child and
adolescent. She collaborates with clients and families to create a safe space for exploring
emotions and building resilience. Elizabeth is committed to empowering her clients, fostering
their growth, and helping them achieve their personal goals.

Outside of her academic and clinical work, Elizabeth is dedicated to ongoing professional
development and actively participates in workshops and training to enhance her skills in working
with young populations.

She is here to listen, support, and guide your child or adolescent on their journey toward
improved mental health and well-being.
